Eso significa que tenemos que hablar con nuestras parejas antes, durante y despu\u00e9s de cualquier actividad sexual. Esto incluye compartir fotos, hacer v\u00eddeos o practicar BDSM.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 es el consentimiento?<\/h2>\n\n<p>El consentimiento lo es:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Entusiasta.  <\/strong>Un \u00abs\u00ed\u00bb rotundo, no un \u00abno s\u00e9\u00bb.<strong><br\/><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Activa.  <\/strong>Dicho con palabras: el silencio no es consentimiento.<strong><br\/><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Despejado.  <\/strong>No se asume por las acciones o la ropa.<strong><br\/><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sobrio.  <\/strong>No bajo la influencia de drogas o alcohol.<strong><br\/><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>En curso.  <\/strong>Se comprueba en cada paso, est\u00e1 abierto a cambios y puede detenerse en cualquier momento.<strong><br\/><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Voluntario.  <\/strong>Dado libremente, no forzado ni presionado.<strong><br\/><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>A veces la gente se siente empujada a decir que s\u00ed. No tienes por qu\u00e9 hacerlo. Desde aceptar una copa o dar tu n\u00famero, hasta chupar y follar, siempre puedes decir que no. Y si alguien te dice que no, debes respetarlo.   <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Recuerda: <\/strong>Las v\u00edctimas nunca tienen la culpa de la violencia sexual. La persona que hace el mal es la responsable, independientemente de las precauciones que haya tomado. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hablar del consentimiento<\/h2>\n\n<p>Pedir consentimiento puede resultar inc\u00f3modo al principio, pero ayuda a todos a tener mejores relaciones sexuales. Es una oportunidad para saber qu\u00e9 excita a tu pareja y compartir tus propias necesidades. <\/p>\n\n<p>Las \u00abnecesidades\u00bb tambi\u00e9n pueden incluir necesidades de acceso.
