Si vous ne vous sentez pas pr\u00eat, faites une pause et \u00e9valuez ce dont vous avez besoin pour vous sentir pr\u00eat. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le cadre : Guide en 4 points<\/h2>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table class=\"has-fixed-layout\"><tbody><tr><td><strong>\u00c9tape<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Que faire ?<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Pourquoi c&rsquo;est important<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td>1. L&rsquo;auto-\u00e9valuation<\/td><td>Connaissez vos d\u00e9clencheurs. Restez en contact avec la terre. <\/td><td>Vous ne pouvez pas soutenir les autres si vous \u00eates d\u00e9r\u00e9gl\u00e9.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>2. \u00c9valuer l&rsquo;environnement<\/td><td>Identifiez les sorties, retirez les objets d\u00e9clencheurs, r\u00e9duisez les stimuli (par exemple, la musique ou le porno).<\/td><td>La s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et le calme sont b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques \u00e0 tous.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>3. R\u00e9pondez<\/td><td>Pratiquez la compassion radicale. \u00c9tablissez un rapport. Offrez de l&rsquo;autonomie et des options.  <\/td><td>Le respect et la patience favorisent la confiance et la d\u00e9sescalade.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>4. d\u00e9sagr\u00e9gation<\/td><td>Lib\u00e9rez l&rsquo;espace. \u00c9loignez les badauds. <\/td><td>Pr\u00e9venir l&rsquo;aggravation de la d\u00e9tresse et maintenir la s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comp\u00e9tences \u00e0 utiliser<\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"wp-block-list-item\">N&rsquo;essayez pas de pr\u00e9cipiter l&rsquo;interaction ; allez-y \u00e0 un rythme qui vous semble adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 la personne.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"wp-block-list-item\">Soyez constant et appelez, utilisez un ton de voix bas et \u00e9vitez un langage corporel mena\u00e7ant.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"wp-block-list-item\">Utilisez la correspondance des affects et l&rsquo;effet miroir (s&rsquo;ils marchent, marchez avec eux).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"wp-block-list-item\">Redonnez le contr\u00f4le \u00e0 la personne en lui proposant des options claires et concises.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"wp-block-list-item\">Soyez honn\u00eate, patient et centr\u00e9 sur la personne.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ce qu&rsquo;il faut \u00e9viter<\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"wp-block-list-item\">\u00c9mettre des hypoth\u00e8ses sur le risque de comportement violent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"wp-block-list-item\">Maintenir le contact visuel (peut \u00eatre per\u00e7u comme mena\u00e7ant).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"wp-block-list-item\">Utiliser des t\u00e9l\u00e9phones ou des technologies pendant l&rsquo;interaction (si vous devez le faire, dites-leur ce que vous faites sur votre t\u00e9l\u00e9phone et pourquoi).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"wp-block-list-item\">Vous vous entassez, vous vous disputez ou vous utilisez le langage du \u00ab\u00a0non\u00a0\u00bb.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"wp-block-list-item\">Faire des promesses que vous ne pouvez pas tenir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"wp-block-list-item\">Intervenir si vous ne vous sentez pas en confiance &#8211; faites une pause et cherchez du soutien. Y a-t-il d&rsquo;autres personnes autour de vous qui peuvent vous aider ? <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Autres conseils pour la r\u00e9duction des risques<\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"wp-block-list-item\">Utilisez des syst\u00e8mes de parrainage pour vous soutenir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"wp-block-list-item\">Cr\u00e9ez des espaces calmes et peu stimulants.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"wp-block-list-item\">Proposez de l&rsquo;eau, des en-cas ou des objets de r\u00e9confort.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"wp-block-list-item\">Ces petits gestes peuvent r\u00e9duire la d\u00e9tresse et instaurer la confiance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quand appeler le 911 et les alternatives polici\u00e8res<\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"wp-block-list-item\">Des services d&rsquo;urgence peuvent \u00eatre n\u00e9cessaires si une personne est en danger imm\u00e9diat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"wp-block-list-item\">Envisagez d&rsquo;abord d&rsquo;autres solutions :<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"wp-block-list-item\">\u00c9quipes mobiles de crise<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"wp-block-list-item\">Lignes de soutien par les pairs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"wp-block-list-item\">Services communautaires de sant\u00e9 mentale<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Si la police doit \u00eatre appel\u00e9e :<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1. Ne menacez jamais d&rsquo;appeler la police si vous n&rsquo;avez pas l&rsquo;intention de passer \u00e0 l&rsquo;acte.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. Soyez transparent &#8211; cela permet d&rsquo;instaurer la confiance.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3. Informez la personne si un appel a \u00e9t\u00e9 pass\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4. Si la police arrive :<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"wp-block-list-item\">Identifiez-vous.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"wp-block-list-item\">Restez pr\u00e9sent et plaidez en faveur d&rsquo;un traitement compatissant.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"wp-block-list-item\">Documentez les num\u00e9ros de badge et les num\u00e9ros d&rsquo;identification des v\u00e9hicules.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">R\u00e9flexions finales<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La psychose refl\u00e8te souvent le besoin de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, de compr\u00e9hension et de connexion d&rsquo;une personne.
