Avalie o ambiente<\/td><td>Identifique as sa\u00eddas, remova os objetos desencadeadores, reduza os est\u00edmulos (por exemplo, m\u00fasica ou pornografia).<\/td><td>Seguran\u00e7a e ambientes calmos ajudam a todos.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>3. Responder<\/td><td>Pratique a compaix\u00e3o radical. Crie um relacionamento. Ofere\u00e7a autonomia e op\u00e7\u00f5es.  <\/td><td>O respeito e a paci\u00eancia promovem a confian\u00e7a e o desescalonamento.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>4. descalcifica\u00e7\u00e3o<\/td><td>Limpe o espa\u00e7o. Retire as pessoas que est\u00e3o olhando para voc\u00ea. <\/td><td>Evitar mais sofrimento e manter a seguran\u00e7a.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Habilidades a serem usadas<\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"wp-block-list-item\">N\u00e3o tente apressar a intera\u00e7\u00e3o; v\u00e1 em um ritmo que pare\u00e7a estar em sintonia com o indiv\u00edduo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"wp-block-list-item\">Seja firme e fa\u00e7a a chamada, use um tom de voz baixo e evite linguagem corporal amea\u00e7adora.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"wp-block-list-item\">Use a correspond\u00eancia de efeitos e o espelhamento (se eles estiverem andando, ande com eles).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"wp-block-list-item\">Ofere\u00e7a o controle de volta \u00e0 pessoa com op\u00e7\u00f5es claras e concisas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"wp-block-list-item\">Seja honesto, paciente e centrado na pessoa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Coisas a serem evitadas<\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"wp-block-list-item\">Fazer suposi\u00e7\u00f5es sobre o risco de comportamento violento.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"wp-block-list-item\">Manter contato visual (pode ser percebido como amea\u00e7ador).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"wp-block-list-item\">Usar telefones ou tecnologia durante a intera\u00e7\u00e3o (se for necess\u00e1rio, diga a eles o que voc\u00ea est\u00e1 fazendo no telefone e por qu\u00ea)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"wp-block-list-item\">Aglomera\u00e7\u00e3o, discuss\u00e3o ou uso de linguagem &#8220;n\u00e3o&#8221;.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"wp-block-list-item\">Fazer promessas que voc\u00ea n\u00e3o pode cumprir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"wp-block-list-item\">Intervir se voc\u00ea n\u00e3o se sentir confiante &#8211; fa\u00e7a uma pausa e busque apoio. H\u00e1 outras pessoas ao redor de voc\u00ea que podem ajudar? <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Outras dicas de redu\u00e7\u00e3o de danos<\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"wp-block-list-item\">Use sistemas de amigos para obter apoio.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"wp-block-list-item\">Crie espa\u00e7os silenciosos e com pouca estimula\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"wp-block-list-item\">Ofere\u00e7a \u00e1gua, lanches ou itens de conforto.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"wp-block-list-item\">Esses pequenos gestos podem reduzir a ang\u00fastia e criar confian\u00e7a.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quando ligar para o 911 e alternativas para a pol\u00edcia<\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"wp-block-list-item\">Os servi\u00e7os de emerg\u00eancia podem ser necess\u00e1rios se algu\u00e9m estiver correndo risco imediato de sofrer danos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"wp-block-list-item\">Considere alternativas primeiro:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"wp-block-list-item\">Equipes m\u00f3veis de crise<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"wp-block-list-item\">Linhas de apoio de colegas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"wp-block-list-item\">Servi\u00e7os comunit\u00e1rios de sa\u00fade mental<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Se voc\u00ea precisar chamar a pol\u00edcia:<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1. Nunca ameace chamar a pol\u00edcia, a menos que voc\u00ea pretenda ir at\u00e9 o fim.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. Seja transparente &#8211; isso gera confian\u00e7a.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3. Notifique a pessoa se uma chamada tiver sido feita.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4.
