Analisamos tr\u00eas overdoses comuns &#8211; Opioides, GHB e Estimulantes &#8211; e oferecemos dicas sobre como reagir.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lembre-se de que, se voc\u00ea precisar ligar para o 911, informe as pessoas ao seu redor para que elas possam decidir se \u00e9 seguro ficarem (*a pol\u00edcia geralmente \u00e9 enviada com o EMS quando a causa da chamada \u00e9 uma overdose de drogas).<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Overdose de opioides<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Exemplos<\/strong>: Fentanil, hero\u00edna, metadona<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">O que voc\u00ea deve procurar:<\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"wp-block-list-item\">Respira\u00e7\u00e3o lenta ou inexistente<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"wp-block-list-item\">L\u00e1bios ou pontas dos dedos azuis<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"wp-block-list-item\">Inconsciente ou dif\u00edcil de acordar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"wp-block-list-item\">Pele fria e \u00famida<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">O que voc\u00ea deve fazer:<\/h3>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"wp-block-list-item\">D\u00ea naloxona (spray nasal ou inje\u00e7\u00e3o)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"wp-block-list-item\">Aguarde at\u00e9 3 minutos para que ele funcione<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"wp-block-list-item\">Se n\u00e3o houver altera\u00e7\u00e3o, d\u00ea uma segunda dose<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"wp-block-list-item\">Ligue para o 911 ou v\u00e1 para o hospital &#8211; mesmo que a pessoa acorde<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A naloxona \u00e9 gratuita em muitas farm\u00e1cias e cl\u00ednicas de Ont\u00e1rio.
