Factsheet: Mind-body Practices for Party and Play (PnP) and 2SGBTQ men

This new factsheet is about holistic self-care for two-spirit, gay, bisexual, trans and queer men (2SGBTQ) who engagae in chemsex or party and play (PnP) – using substances like crystal meth, GHB or other drugs to enhance sexual encounters.
 
It provides practical information on how substances used during party n’ play impact the body and mind and includes self-care strategies and resources.
