About GMSH

The Gay Men’s Sexual Health Alliance (GMSH) works to improve sexual health for gay, bi, queer, Two-Spirit, and other men who have sex with men across Ontario. We create sex-positive resources, run evidence-based campaigns, and partner with health services—helping everyone enjoy the sex they want, safely and proudly.

Our work is guided by the Ontario HIV Action Plan to 2030, with a focus on preventing new HIV infections, supporting people living with HIV, and removing stigma and discrimination from healthcare and communities.
