Welcome to our Trans Guys Health Hub.
Welcome to our Trans Guys Health Hub—your place to learn about who trans men are, take charge of your health, explore sex on your terms, and access the conversations and services you deserve. Dive in to bust myths, learn community language, and find tips that help you stay safe, seen, and celebrated.
Language is always changing, shaped by Indigenous histories on Turtle Island and the ongoing growth of our communities. We’ve chosen terms that reflect many identities and experiences, knowing they may shift across ages and groups. Our bodies—and the words we use for them—vary widely. This guide uses common community terms like cock, front hole, and chest, while honoring whatever language feels right for you.
“Sex” means many things: solo or partnered, imagined or lived. You may be sexual or not, and that can change. Whatever your relationship to sex, this guide supports you in keeping it healthy.
This content is adapted from PRIMED4U, a sexual health guide for queer trans men, transmasculine, and non-binary people assigned female at birth. PRIMED4U is now in its fourth edition, created by and for our communities.
We offer deep gratitude to the Gay, Bi & Queer Trans Men’s Working Group; MedsExpert Pharmacy; Rainbow Health Ontario; and the many creators and reviewers—including Robbie Ahmed, Dulja Ranathunga, Zack Marshall, Eliot Newton, Matt Francino, Dr. Jordan Goodridge, Devan Nambiar, and Andrea Zanin—as well as the influential resources that shaped this guide, including Brazen, grunt.org.au, catie.ca, and OntarioPrEP.ca .
