G-Overdose

G-Overdose aka “G-ing Out”

Substances:: GHB, GBL, BDO

What to look for:

  • Sudden passing out/nodding off
  • Slow breathing or snoring sounds
  • Vomiting while unconscious
  • Seizures or jerky movements
  • Does not respond to touch or sound.

What to do:

  • Roll them onto their side (into the recovery position)
  • Don’t give more drugs or try to wake them with stimulants
  • Stay with them and call 911
  • If they stop breathing, start CPR if you know how

G-overdoses can happen fast—don’t wait to get help.
